HR interview. This stage, common to all workforces and positions, is an interview with someone from our recruitment department. This initial discussion is an opportunity for you to present your academic and professional achievements. During this stage, be prepared to ask us some questions.

The sort of questions we might ask you at this stage will relate to your work experience, time at university and outside interests. Be prepared to provide examples of times when you have performed particularly well, achieved good results or overcome obstacles.

Interviews with manager(s) and Accenture Leadership. You will be invited to one or more interviews with Accenture managers. You will be asked about your professional experience, and your technical and soft skills will be examined. During this stage, you will be given the opportunity to meet your future direct manager and you can also clarify any questions regarding work at Accenture.

For some roles, you might also be invited to participate in an Assessment Center session, prior to individual interviews.

Offers will be made to selected individuals after the successful completion of the final interview. The employment of all candidates is contingent upon the successful completion of the background verification process. This process involves checking references.
