People in Enterprise provide internal support services in areas such as finance, HR, office management or marketing and communications.

• Finance people are responsible for our financial integrity and results. They help make Accenture’s financial reporting accurate, consistent and compliant with legislative policies and principles, and local statutory rules and regulations.
  
  
• Human Resources people develop and manage Accenture’s performance management process, leadership development, learning strategy, compensation strategy, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes, training tools and initiatives.
  
  
• Facilities & Services people provide onsite facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate, travel and workplace research and development.
  
  
• Marketing & Communications people are responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that help build our global brand, increase industry esteem and preference, and establish ownership of the market space. They are involved in a range of activities from advertising, market research and brand management to marketing thought leadership initiatives and industry insights. They also help promote Accenture’s capabilities and services.
