You know that Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. But what is it actually like to be part of an Accenture team? What’s the working environment like? And is the coffee any good?

There is no typical Accenture office, although we do favour informal, open-plan spaces. We want your office environment to be stimulating—the diversity you’ll encounter is all part of that.

We’ll make sure we start as we mean to go, giving you the support you need to thrive. We know how daunting it can be to join a huge organization like Accenture, so we make a real effort to make you feel at home from the first moment. You will join other new hires for the On Boarding program, and a buddy will show you all the practical stuff, such as where the kitchen is and what the expected behaviour on your team would be.

Business casual is the order of the day here, as it is in most Accenture offices around the world. If you’re working at a client site, though, you will need to follow their dress code. On Fridays, we generally come dressed casually except, of course, if you are at a client site and there is a different policy in place.
