If you know Consulting is the career path for you, then join a global leader.
The main reason people choose a career at Accenture is because of the work we do. With many of the world’s leading companies and governments as our clients around the world, every project we undertake is helping shape the future of business and life.
Another reason to join Accenture is because our people enjoy working here. The pace at which we work and the size and variety of projects we take on create a truly dynamic environment. There’s always something new happening, and it’s our diverse teams of motivated people that make it happen.
Accenture offers robust training for new graduates.
Every entry-level employee has more than 200 hours of training per year.
You’ll begin with a day in new-hire orientation, followed by technical skills or management consulting training, depending on your workgroup. Then you’ll go to our training center just outside of Chicago, Illinois, for a two-week core consulting skills course with analysts from around the world.
You will be also assigned a career counselor to help with your development plan, conduct your annual review, and be available for coaching sessions throughout the year. You’ll also be part of an internal community, which meets regularly for business meetings, networking events, holiday parties and community socials.
