If you are ready to apply, here is some information about our standard recruiting process.
Accenture is currently accepting applications for a number of open positions. Review a complete list of our open positions.
First, make sure you are qualified for the position by reviewing the qualifications necessary for that specific opportunity. If your qualifications match, complete a thorough online application, as the questions we ask are vital to the screening process. Please set aside approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the application. Interested in more than one position? Each of our positions is filled separately, so you should submit an application for every position for which you would like to be considered.
When you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A recruiter will contact you if we wish to discuss your resume in more detail. Please realize that due to the high volume of resumes that Accenture receives, it is not possible to contact every person who submits a resume.
If you are contacted to discuss your resume, a recruiter will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Accenture.
If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have series of assessments (testing or individual or group interview depending on your career level and profile) with Accenture HR and business leadership that involve a more in-depth investigation of your skills and experiences. Typically, the entire process will take one month, but this can vary. Your recruiter will provide you with more detailed information about what to expect at each stage as you move through the assessment process with us. During the selection process, you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have with the recruiter and other interviewers.
