Our recruitment process is thorough, transparent and thoughtful. We are committed to sharing real-time updates and feedback. Typically, we invite candidates for three rounds of assessment:

  1. HR interview. One of our recruiting experts will talk to you to assess your professional experience, communication skills and other personal traits, as well as discuss your professional and personal expectations.

  2. Written test and skills interview. A test of your general aptitude or technical knowledge will be followed by an
    interview during which one of our technology experts will
    assess the depth of your functional expertise, technical
    knowledge and aptitude.

  3. Final interview. One of our business executives will assess your overall fit and provide further clarification or resolve any queries you may have.

Offers will be made to selected individuals after the successful completion of the final interview.
