The new experience, the great people I’m meeting with, and the new challenge I’m facing almost everyday.What do you do in your spare time?Fully dedicating my time with my 2 sons and my husband. Some activities include having ‘roller-skate’ night, going to children park, and other different places.What has been your best/most interesting experience working with Accenture? I have been given opportunities to develop myself professionally. I don’t have to worry when given new assignment for which I don’t have experience before because the company’s knowledge resources will enable me upgrade my skills. This has enriched my life experience which I believe will help me to be a better person. What do you consider your biggest success at Accenture? a. During my assignment as a Regional Data Conversion Lead in a Global Roll-out SAP Implementation project, my proud moment was when my team was successfully contributing to the system Go-Live for several countries at the same time. I’m proud with my team’s ability and hard works to make this happen b. When I led Cutover activities in a country deployment of Global SAP Roll-out Implementation. The System Cutover went well and the system went Live earlier than the targeted date. c. When I led Supply Chain Template Team to accomplish a 100-day Template Packaging development. It was something many people thought would be very challenging to do, looking at the scope, resource and timeline. Nevertheless, the packages were delivered on-time and accepted by client. What is something you have learned in the past year?
