Every year between April and August, we invite students on campuses across South Africa to join us for presentations on career opportunities at Accenture.

What We Look For

The Recruitment Process consists of four steps:

  1. An Application Form
    Candidates can access the system and apply online. All your official academic transcripts must be included. Based on this information your application will be compared to a pool of graduate applicants. Short-listed candidates will be contacted to complete a psychometric test.

  2. On-line assessment (psychometric test)
    This test compares the person’s likely performance against the key areas identified as being important for the job of Accenture Analyst (A1)

  3. Human Resources Interview
    This interview will be conducted by a graduate recruiter. The aim of this interview is to determine what your teamwork and leadership capabilities are as well as to discuss your career aspirations and how they would link to Accenture and the opportunities that we offer.

  4. Business Interview
    This is the final step of the process and consists of an interview as well as a case study discussion. The interview will be conducted by a manager from any of our growth platforms. This process is designed to assess your thinking ability, business acumen, communication, confidence, presentation skills as well as creativity.

Following this interview, a recommendation will be made by the executive conducting the interview, after which a final growth platform allocation will take place. Successful candidates will be made a formal offer of employment.

The duration of the entire recruitment process is approximately a month.
