Strategic IT Effectiveness (SITE) professionals help clients diagnose the strategic value of IT, formulate strategies to maximize the value of IT and guild the change journey to realize the value creation potential of IT investments. Key responsibilities across levels may include: Consultant: Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and architecture, assessment activities, and infrastructure design activities Identifying opportunities for technology-related improvement based on benchmark data and doing high-level cost benefit analysis Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account user and technical requirements Reviewing and supervising design components Developing design and transition approaches Manager: Planning and managing business diagnosis, business architecture implementation and planning activities Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and KPIs Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved Senior Manager: Shaping and leading programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation programs Identifying and prioritizing account level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of client high level visions, performance gaps, and needs Translating and conveying client business needs into tangible business solution architecture Shaping and leading effort to define organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies and KPIs Monitoring and managing target value and performance goals (e.g., strategic, financial and operations) Assessing and managing risk throughout all aspects of the business solution implementation Leveraging the full range of appropriate client and Accenture resources in designing the change plan Monitoring journey results/business outcomes and making adjustments as needed Qualifications and Professionals Skills required Experience in Strategy offerings, including: C-level communications, Advanced Value Analysis and Insight Development, Industry/Business Assessment and Insight Development, Strategy Development, High Performance Business Architecture and Journey Planning, Strategic Business Management, IT Transformation, IT Value Discovery, IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Assessment, IT Assets Portfolio Management Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable Min 4 to 8 years experience (or more) Min 3 years Bachelor's Degree or relevant Postgraduate qualification Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Click here to apply
