Job Description

Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.

Strategy professionals identify and implement high performance business value creation and transformation opportunities by delivering independent strategic and general management consulting services focused on the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer agenda.

Strategy : Specialisation Areas

Corporate Transformation : assist clients identify new sources of shareholder value creation, developing and delivering successful corporate and business unit strategies, uncovering new and innovative sources of growth, and identifying strategic cost management and corporate restructuring opportunities.

Innovation : professionals are experts in - growth strategy, employing customer insight and industry and financial analytics to identify growth opportunities; operating model design, architecting the business for growth and identifying business models to drive value propositions for growth; and systematic innovation, creating a sustaining innovation engine including business alignment, growth portfolio, governance, technology, process and capability.

Mergers & Acquisitions: advise clients across a spectrum of transactional activities including pre-deal, transaction advisory/strategic due diligence, divestitures, and alliance activities. They create original strategies and transactions to improve shareholder value through inorganic growth and structure a secure deal to help clients extract the full benefits, speed the capture of value, and manage risk.

Organization & Change Strategy: deep expertise in organization strategy and architecture, strategic change and leadership effectiveness. They can build the capability and create the assets to help senior executives create value by aligning their organization strategy, change strategies and leadership capability with their business objectives and accelerating change and reducing risks on the journey towards being a high performance organization.

Post-Merger Integration: advise clients on post-merger integration activities and strategies. They plan and advise on post-merger implementation priorities and activities to help clients extract the full benefits, speed the capture of value, and manage risk associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture or alliance activities.

Pricing & Profit Optimization: professionals perform analyses and advise clients on issues related to pricing strategy and profitability optimization.

Shareholder Value Analysis: analysis of the historical financial performance of a company and industry, understand the relevant company and industry value drivers, and identify major opportunities to improve shareholder value through organic and inorganic growth strategies.
