Job Description Industry & Functional Solutions falls within Systems Integration Consulting, and is responsible for delivering industry and functional solutions leveraging multiple technology platforms to help our clients achieve high performance. This requires: Deep industry or functional expertise Ability to exploit synergies between technology innovation and industry trends and challenges Deep systems integration skills Programme and project management skills I&FS is typically responsible for large-scale complex systems implementation projects (excluding the SAP or Oracle ERP space) that are either package-based implementations or custom developed systems. The industry focus is broad, across any of the industries that Accenture’s clients operate in, i.e. Public Service, Financial Services, Products, Communications & Hi-Tech, and Resources. The functional focus is similarly broad, such as Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Performance Management, Human Resources, etc. We would be interested in candidates with experience in implementing such systems, across any of the industries. Key responsibilities may include: Analyst Documenting business requirements Performing application design activities Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software Creating functional requirements as an input to application design Performing testing work Administering tools Consultant Supervising process and functional design activities Creating functional requirements as an input to application design Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes Planning and executing data conversion activities Driving test planning and execution Manager Providing estimating, forecasting and workplanning assistance Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy Defining application entrance and exit criteria Creating project deliverable templates and standards Senior Manager Articulating application and integration strategy and thought leadership for business solutions Envisioning new and innovative approaches and predicting probable business outcomes Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation Influencing client direction based on application design and architecture Defining solution architecture Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities Qualification: Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable 3 to 10 years experience or more 3 year Bachelor’s Degree or related Postgraduate Qualification Click here to apply
