Training & Development To help develop your skills and careers at Accenture, we invested $700 million in training and development. A recent research study shows that for every hour of training our competitors give their people, Accenture employees receive two hours, at half the cost per hour. Our investment in training gives each person an average of 83 training hours, a total of more than 9 million hours of training delivered.
