Every member of the Consulting workforce is aligned with one of three consulting workgroups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting or Technology Consulting.
Depending on career goals and business need, individuals may be given the option of aligning with, and eventually being deployed solely to, a single industry group, where they can focus on selling our solutions and managing client relationships. Some people who come to us with significant industry experience are deployed straight to an Operating Group (covering major business industries) where they will continue to deepen their expertise in this sector. This provides our people with greater opportunities to build market-relevant skills in both transferable and specialist areas.
