Every member of the Consulting workforce is aligned with one of three consulting workgroups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting or Technology Consulting.
Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation.
Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with solution development and technology to assist clients to transform the way they do business. Some clients specifically ask for packaged and industry-specific solutions by product name.
Accenture is involved in some of the largest, most complex deployments of technology around. All Technology Consulting professionals are expected to build a common set of capabilities: technology diagnosis and assessment, technology strategy and planning, technology design and technology implementation.
