In our Services Workforce we have a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. We build long-term partnerships with our clients through the management and provision of their business operations such as software maintenance, human resources, finance and accounting.
This means not only maintaining key business functions and processes for clients, but constantly seeking to improve them; to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Working in services means you could have a customer-facing position where you’ll have opportunities to think differently, provide input to improve processes and ultimately deliver better services to clients. In some cases, you might be working on customized, innovative services for a single client. In others, you may provide proven services to more than one client, making every day different and interesting. But you will always be focused on delivering high performance.
Our services people work long-term at a client location, in an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, at an Accenture office.
