If you are an experienced professional wishing to pursue a career at Accenture there are three basic requirements: we need a copy of your academic grades, your CV describing your professional experience, and a cover letter explaining why you would like to work with Accenture. It is important that we receive all materials electronically in order to proceed with the recruitment process.
We evaluate these items and match them to our open job requirements. If after reviewing your information, we do not find a place for you at Accenture, we will notify you via e-mail. Or we may decide - with your permission - to save your information. If a suitable position opens up, we will then contact you.
We will ask you back for as many as two-to-three follow up interviews with Accenture consultants working in areas related to the open job. A final interview may be conducted by a senior executive from the firm. After this interview, we will come back to you with our decision.
If you receive an offer, you will be given more information about your future employment. A contract will be sent to you that you will need to review, sign and return to the address stated on the cover letter.
Once employed you will participate in our “On Board” introductory program where you will get an introduction to Accenture and learn about Accenture policies, tools and procedures.
