Accenture works with Sweden’s largest organizations to help them become high performance businesses and governments. If you are a third or fourth-year Master’s student, Accenture's six to ten-week Internship program is a great opportunity to learn about what we do and how we do it. Lasting from June to August of each year, the program starts with a solid introduction to business and technology consultancy, which also gives you valuable commercial skills. Then you will embark on a real client project which could be based anywhere in our business. Rather than just shadowing someone, you will be a fully-fledged member of the Accenture team right from the start, with responsibilities that could involve testing software, conducting research, writing reports or analyzing data. We will assign you a "buddy" who will be there to offer help and advice whenever you need it. And we will also pay you a competitive salary. If you perform well, we may offer you a permanent role with us after you graduate, something we did with several of the summer interns in 2007.

Could you qualify?

First of all, you should be a third or fourth-year Master’s student with very strong academic results and a team-oriented and outgoing personality. Although you do not have to be an IT specialist already, you must be eager to learn about technology and be prepared to live away from home for the summer. You also need to be fluent in Swedish.
