Yes. Although we frequently use English in our business operations, all candidates must be fluent in Swedish in order to apply.
We will arrange for an interview session - usually on a Friday if you are applying to the Consulting workforce, and a Thursday if you are interested in the Accenture Technology Solutions workforce. You will receive a call from one of our recruiters who will inform you of when and where the interviews will take place.
The interview day starts with a company presentation where you have the opportunity to learn more about Accenture and ask questions. After the introduction you will take part in three individual interviews, each with a different focus; personal skills, professional qualifications and solving a case. Other candidates will participate in the same program during the day, but you are not competing over the same job position.
For some Service lines you are likely to be called for a follow-up interview that will focus deeper on you as a professional and as a person. This interview will be conducted by one of our managers or senior employees.
