What to expect? You can expect a total of four rounds of interviews for our analyst position. If you are applying as a strategy candidate, you will have to undergo an additional business case interview.
Phone call The first interview will be conducted over the phone and may last approximately 30 minutes. This will be a general interview and will focus mainly on your internship and university experiences as stated on your CV. You may also be probed on your career ambitions and understanding of Accenture and its working environment. This interview will be conducted by the local recruitment team.
Screening interview The first face-to-face interview may last between 30 and 45 minutes, and will be conducted at our Thailand office. You will be interviewed by either a graduate recruiter or by people from a particular operating group. This will be a general interview, focusing mainly on the information contained in your application form. Your interviewer will be interested to find out more about you as a person, your life in school and your internship or work experiences (if any). You will also discuss your career ambitions and your interest in Accenture.
Behavioural interview Congratulations on reaching the third round of interviews. This is where things start to get more challenging. This interview focuses on behaviors that you demonstrate from past experiences. This allows us to better assess your suitability in adjusting to Accenture working environment and culture. The interview will normally last an hour to an hour-and-a-half and will be conducted by a manager or senior manager from the hiring unit.
Case study interview (for Strategy candidates only) You have done well to get here. For this interview, you will be given some information to read about a company’s business and technology issues/problems. You will then discuss these issues and possible solutions with your interviewer in a role-play scenario. This session will likely last around one-and-a-half hours.
Closing interview This is the final interview round and will be conducted by a senior executive heading the business unit. This session allows both the candidate and Accenture to understand their long-term suitability and also helps establish a personal relationship between the senior executives and every potential employee. It is also a good time to ask questions to clarify any doubts.
What shall I wear? Accenture believes in dressing professionally and our dress policy in Thailand is ‘business formal’. In all you do, make sure that you are comfortable with what you are wearing and that you create a good first impression.
For men: tailored long-sleeve shirt and trousers, a tie and dress shoes. For women: blouse, suit jacket with skirt or trousers and court shoes.
