Our offices There is no typical Accenture office, although we do favour informal, open plan spaces where hot desking is the norm. Above all, we want your office environment to be stimulating – the diversity you’ll encounter is all part of that. (The standard of coffee is also diverse, if we’re honest!) Team dynamics In Consulting, every time you start a different project, you’ll be part of a new team, surrounded by a fresh crop of talented people. This fluid way of working guarantees you’ll learn incredibly quickly, and one of the early lessons will be that collaboration and openness always get the best results. You’ll also find that you’re fast developing a sizeable network of new friends from around Accenture. If you join one of our other team environments your projects and office base are likely to be more constant, and you'll be working with some of the most talented people in the industry. So whereever you are based Accenture has more of the world's most talented people assembled under one roof than any other organisation. It’s stimulating, productive and great fun too. Dress code Business casual is the order of the day here, as it is in most Accenture offices around the world. If you’re working at a client site, though, you will need to follow their dress code. Activities & clubs We have a huge range of sporting clubs to choose from. Everything from team sports like rugby, hockey and football to water-sports like dragon boat racing, ski racing and yachting. There’s court sports like basketball and netball. And if you like the great outdoors we offer not just polo, but a range of Accenture Adventures such as including rock climbing or horse-riding. And that’s before we even get to the vast range of clubs on offer – from wine tasting to the Christian Fellowship Group.
