Our experts come up with and implement ideas that could develop anything from a client’s strategic planning to their day-to-day operations. Consulting regularly works in partnership with our other workgroups. Outsourcing (Services) The work of our Services team is all about freeing up our clients to focus on what they do best – their core business. As well as outsourcing areas such as software maintenance, finance and human resources, Services also improves clients’ key business functions, enabling them to work more efficiently. Business Functions (Enterprise) Our Enterprise team offers invaluable support to Accenture’s Business Functions and client teams. Their expertise covers a wide range of key areas including human resources, marketing, finance, legal, IT and facilities. Accenture Technology Solutions Accenture Technology Services offers a ‘start-to-finish’ approach to technology challenges. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture, the team is made up of IT enthusiasts who focus on application development, systems administration and software maintenance – the accent, though, is always on practical, workable solutions.
