Accenture has several opportunities across the UK for people interested in customer care work. One of our main sites is South West Water’s Contact Centre which is in Peninsula House, Exeter. This site operates 365 days of the year serving 1.6 million customers in Devon and Cornwall. We’re looking for positive, professional and polite people to join our growing, friendly team as Customer Care Advisors. There are a range of day and evening shifts as the site is open 7am - 10am, 7 days a week. We offer both full and part-time roles with some overtime available occasionally. In all cases you’ll need a good telephone manner, strong keyboarding skills and ideally some customer service and/or collections experience. Full Customer Care training will be provided. You’ll be looking after South West Water’s customers with no requirement for sales. So you’ll concentrate on maintaining positive customer relations when answering service and billing inquiries over the telephone and/or in written correspondence.
