As one of the pioneers of outsourcing, we have over 10 years’ experience of transforming and managing our clients’ business operations and processes. We have a dedicated team of people called the Services workforce who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialised business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services and HR. Today, we’re still leading the way and this part of our business is growing by an average of 35% annually, accounting for nearly a third of our total revenue. We currently have 18,000 professionals dedicated to providing outsourcing services to 450 clients in 30 countries worldwide. The type and scale of projects we handle is hugely varied. For example, we’ve worked with Thames Water - rethinking their logistics and procurement processes to fit with their efficiency targets and international growth plans. And for Rhodia, a global chemical company, we’re managing a major part of their European finance function. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. What all of our projects have in common is that they free up our clients to focus on what they do best – their core business. You will be most probably be assigned to one of our business units or one of our cross-industry BPO services such as Accenture Finance and Accounting BPO Services , Accenture Learning BPO Services Accenture Procurement BPO Services and Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing Services. Join any of these teams and you’ll have the chance to tackle the biggest and best projects around. You’ll learn faster than you would anywhere else and you’ll stay right up to date with the latest thinking and best practice in the world of outsourcing. It’s also a unique job in that, although you’ll be working for Accenture, you’ll probably be based on a client site and will feel very much part of the client’s organisation.
