Naturally we need to cover all the bases when it comes to recruiting for such a vital part of the business. That’s why this two-round process is driven by both HR and line management. Remember that interviews are also your opportunity to determine whether the role is right for you and find out more about what Accenture can offer your career. Hence, if you have questions to ask at the end of the interview, please do feel free to ask them but this is by no means expected or mandatory.First roundThis is a telephone interview with a member of the HR team lasting 35-40 minutes. It will look at your competencies, personality and long-term aspirations, as well as your understanding of the area you wish to join and Accenture in particular. Second roundThis is followed by a skills-based interview. Lasting about an hour, this part of the process will be about your functional, technical, and teamworking skills, among others. This interview will be with the line manager of the department you are hoping to join. Depending on the role you are applying for, you could be asked to attend further interviews. At the end of your series of interviews, the line manager and HR contact will decide whether you will be offered the role. TimelinesIt takes somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks from the time you make your original application through to receiving a final offer if you’re successful.
