ENERGEX Limited: Corporate business planning
When the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) took over in late 2000, operating performance was on a downward slide leading to record low earnings in June 2000. A clear focus was required to significantly increase earnings and put the company on the road to sustainable high performance.

Although ENERGEX has crafted a core strategy to transform the business into a virtual integrated utility, its ability to execute has historically been a key concern. Accenture was invited to assist ENERGEX formulate an executable business plan to deliver significant increases in earnings over three years and grow ENERGEX into one of the leading and more profitable energy companies in Australia.

INSEAD: Interactive communication network
INSEAD business school approached Accenture to make its concept of "lifelong learning" a reality by creating a state-of-the-art, interactive communication network. To take the idea of the communication network from concept to reality, Accenture used of the latest Web technologies to establish a global communications framework for INSEAD on a hitherto unprecedented scale.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation limited: Bank Merger Integration
In August 2001, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) Bank successfully acquired Keppel Capital Holdings Limited and all its subsidiaries, in an all-cash offer. The post merger integration (PMI) efforts required a smooth transition to ensure customer retention and the co-ordination of the retail, wholesale, operations and technology facets of the business to ensure a high-performance future.
