Accenture believes that attracting, retaining and promoting women is critical to the success of our company. That's why we're hosting the Accenture Women's Networking Forum, a series of one-day networking events for top female students in their sophomore or junior year.

Through the event theme of "Stretch Yourself," we will focus on how we all stretch ourselves to accomplish multiple, often conflicting priorities at school, work, home and in the community. Participants will learn how to up-tap their potential and hear from several Accenture women who have done the same.

Selected women will attend a one-day event at the local Accenture office closest to their university and:

• Network with top Accenture female employees, along with top women from other universities
• Gain exposure to the business world and build leadership skills to use in any academic or business setting
• Get a realistic preview of being an Accenture employee
• Explore career paths within Accenture and understand what we seek in employees
• Learn how to overcome challenges women face in the workplace

You'll also learn how more than 60,000 women contribute to an environment that’s rich in diversity at Accenture.
