Ongoing support to reach your career goals

If you join Accenture as a graduate, you’ll receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills. In 2008, we invested more than $900 million in training and development each year, and believe that the combination of training and experience you can pick up at Accenture is comparable to studying for an MBA degree.

As a consulting analyst, your first week will be spent in New Joiner Orientation, becoming familiar with our culture and the way we manage our work. You'll then spend the next two weeks in the appropriate fundamentals course—Solutions Development or Management Consulting University—based on your workgroup.

You’ll then join consulting analysts from around the world at Core Analyst School, an intensive, two-week training course at the Accenture training facility in St Charles, Illinois. Here, you will gather the more sophisticated tools and knowledge assets that we use to deliver high performance for our clients. And you’ll start building relationships that connect you to our global network of talented people.

Throughout your career, you will follow a comprehensive program of core skills learning, based around online, classroom and virtual activities, to help you develop your consulting skills at all stages of your career.
