Meet Jim

As a consulting analyst in the Management Consulting workgroup, you will be at the core of understanding and responding to our clients’ business challenges. You are likely to be involved in a range of activities from assessing a client’s business to performing value analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvement.

You may be asked to look at how businesses are structured and what they are capable of delivering, then develop organizational strategies and designs that will enable clients to improve their performance, or transform their organization in a more fundamental way.

Meet Kaitlin

Your work in management consulting will typically fall within certain business areas and you will find yourself building deep skills in one of our Service Lines: Customer Relationship Management, Finance & Performance Management, Talent & Organization Performance, Strategy, or Supply Chain.

And as you progress in your career, you may find further specialty within a Service Line or specialize in a particular industry.
