As a consulting analyst in the Systems Integration Consulting workgroup, you will typically support the delivery of large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
You’ll specialize in the design, development, integration and delivery of functional and industry solutions and processes for clients based on existing packages such as SAP and PeopleSoft, Retek, or custom-built systems. Some business-oriented analysts may focus on the analysis of current processes and capabilities and the design and development of new processes and capabilities.
Many of our clients are large, diverse organizations which create complex integration challenges. As a specialist in this area, you would be helping these clients to manage and enhance their operational performance by streamlining and connecting business processes, systems and information, so that they become more competitive and responsive.
Program management is increasingly critical, so much so that we have a dedicated group of people that specialize in this field. As a member of this team, you may find yourself in charge of highly complex, multi-workforce engagements managing the efforts of people in several global locations around the world, and responsible for the financial management, quality management or risk management of a project.
