Start groupAs a consulting analyst, you will join a ‘Start Group’ with other new hire analysts. You’ll go through New Joiner Orientation together, proceed with work group training and then Core Analyst School. Many times, the people you meet in your start group not only become good business contacts but also lifelong friends.
Career CounselorYou will be assigned a career counselor to help with your development plan, conduct your annual review, and be available for coaching sessions throughout the year. Also, you’ll be assigned a Human Resources representation and have project supervisors. This combined support system helps you make the most of your experiences and positions you for future success.
Communities & NetworkingYou’ll be part of an internal community, which meets regularly for business meetings, networking events, and community socials, and often sporting leagues—like the softball team pictured here! Or join one of our employee networking groups for employees with different interests and backgrounds, as well as different races, genders and sexual preferences. You can also build your network through Accenture People, an online community that includes people profiles, blogs, expert network and more.
Collaboration Tools At Accenture, you will have access to innovative communication and collaboration tools. New technologies like Telepresence, a ‘like being there’ video conference solution, and RoundTable, a 360 degree visual conferencing tool, could help connect you face-to-face with remote teams in real-time.
