Every year, Accenture recruiters visit campuses across the US to meet with talented students who are looking to launch a career in consulting.
Please check with your Career Center to see if we are visiting your campus, and be sure to first apply through your school’s resume system so you secure an on-campus interview.
If you do choose to apply, and are selected for an interview, you can expect the following process for the consulting analysts position.
Step 1: Start with a 20-30 minute interview where you can bring life to your resume. Be ready to talk about your activities, work experience, and achievements. Questions will relate to your career focus and interest in Accenture—so be sure to know your career goals and do your research!
After the First Interview: We’ll let you know the outcome of your first interview via email within 5-7 business days. Please ensure we have your latest email address. We’d ask that you only contact us during this time if there is an urgent reason for knowing the decision—such as a job offer from another company.
Step 2: Your next 45 minute interview is a chance to really dive into your experiences. Make us think. Demonstrate how your educational, work and personal experiences prepared you for Accenture. Provide examples of specific situations and how you handled them.
The Final Step: At an Accenture office, Accenture professionals will share their experiences about working here. Your final two interviews with executives will help us to further assess your qualifications. A presentation will further explain the "nuts and bolts" of Accenture.
