Our interview process explores your problem-solving and analytical abilities in addition to helping you determine if Accenture is right for you. After reviewing resumes, Accenture invites you to participate in two steps of Case Interviews. You will be asked to fill out a short application to tell us more information about yourself and your interest in Accenture's Strategy practice.
Step 1: You will first have two 30-minute case interviews that will explore your problem solving and analytical abilities. During this interview, you will be given a situation in which you will be asked to prioritize, analyze, and ultimately draw conclusions and/or recommendations. The interviewer will also be available to answer any questions you may have about the position at hand. This interview may take place in person.
Step 2: Final round interviews will consist of several 45 minute case and fit interviews. Interviews will take place at an Accenture office. You will have the opportunity to interview with and meet Strategy executives. During final round interviews, we will continue to assess your problem solving and analytical abilities. In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate team leadership qualities.
You will have the chance to meet members of the Strategy practice throughout the process.
