• Proposing contract changes and strategies that respond to new developments and anticipate future phases of work.
• Monitoring and managing contract compliance, including proactively working with the client, the Accenture team and Legal to resolve contractual issues.
• Discussing and resolving issues with the client.
• Developing, documenting and proposing innovative solutions—“coming up with new answers.”
