Recruiting initiatives help ensure we build a diverse workforce. We have relationships with national minority and women organizations, recruit at Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Hispanic Serving Institutions and offer a series of scholarships for ethnic minority and junior/community college students.

Women’s Initiatives help Accenture achieve our goal of attracting, retaining, and advancing the women at Accenture. - Flexible Work Arrangements: support the unique needs of professionals in the workplace, encouraging a balance between work and personal priorities.
- Local Women’s Networking Groups: create a sense of community and enable colleagues to gain valuable skills and information and to share ambitions and achievements in informal settings. They also host formal professional development events and leadership forums/seminars as well as informal events.
- Women’s Mentoring Program: pairs female executives with senior executive mentors, includes virtual workshops and provides networking tips to help ensure the advancement of women at Accenture.
- Work/Life Management Tools: Accenture gives employees access to helpful tools that meet the needs of their household and family. Programs such as education resources for your child, eldercare resources, new parents toolkit, nursing mothers program, and maternity and adoption leave enables families to manage their households or family’s personal needs.
- Employee Assistance Programs: provides personal support and resources that you and your family can use every day, both telephonic and in-person confidential support for issues including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
- International Women’s Day: Accenture annually hosts a global celebration in March to provide a venue for networking, building vital skills, and addressing issues that face women in the workplace and beyond. The day features live meetings in over 20 cities, as well as a virtual webcast accessible to all employees.
