As a consulting analyst, you'll receive 25 PTO days per year, plus paid holidays! We have a Future Leave Program that provides employees with a short-term break from work, while maintaining benefits, savings options and job security. Workplace Flexibility
Accenture offers a flexible approach—giving options for how, and where, you do your work. For consultants working at the client site, this typically means working four days at the client site and one day at the home office, allowing for an extended weekend at home. For those who travel, we offer a ‘flexible flyback’ option, where they can use the value of their weekend flight home to fly someone to their project site or fly to an alternate location in lieu of a trip home. We also provide innovative communication and collaboration tools to help reduce the amount of travel required for our employees.
