At Accenture, we have a dedicated corporate functions workforce called “Enterprise” that provides a wide range of services to support our client teams, outsourcing units and other businesses. Most Enterprise workforce professionals work in one of our business practices or workgroups.

CIO Organization: is responsible for Accenture's information technology (IT) infrastructure and for implementing our internal IT strategy. This includes help desk services, network services, data center services, workstation support, telecommunications and IT product and services.

Facilities and Services: provides on-site facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate, travel and workplace research and development.

Finance: is responsible for our financial integrity and results. It operates across several functional areas to ensure that Accenture’s financial reporting is accurate, consistent and compliant, and acts as a strategic business partner for other parts of the company.

Human Resources: develops and manages Accenture’s performance management process, leadership development, learning strategy, compensation strategy, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes, training tools and initiatives. Learn more about Human Resources Careers at Accenture.

Legal: provides objective, focused, practical advice and solutions, based on an understanding of the law and Accenture’s business. They work closely with client engagement teams to find ways to maximize revenues and manage risk.

Marketing and Communications: is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that help build our global brand, increase industry esteem and preference, and establish ownership of the market space.

Business Operations: have a variety of responsibilities involving the management of processes and tools related to new business development, quality, client satisfaction, records management and contract compliance.

Research: is dedicated to the creation of original research and authoritative insights on strategic business issues and technology advances shaping the future while aligning with Accenture's business strategy.

Sales Development: leads and manages the selling process of Accenture’s consulting and outsourcing capabilities, as well as alliance business relationships, and actively promotes alliance offerings.

Strategy & Corporate Development: focuses on merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity for Accenture, studies how competitors are responding to an evolving marketplace and strategically implements key corporate imperatives.
