Conferences and Events. At Accenture, our network is broad. We collaborate with outside organizations to both share and learn best practices, and we believe that strong relationships with national diversity and women’s organizations are central to our continued success. Mentoring programs provide opportunity for candid dialogue and guidance on career issues for women and ethnic minority professionals.

Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender programs include an employee networking group, extensive diversity training that includes gay, lesbian and transgender workplace topics, and long-standing employee benefits for same-sex domestic partners. Our diversity recruiting initiatives help ensure we attract top talent. We have relationships with national minority and women organizations, recruit at historically black colleges and universities and Hispanic-serving institutions; and offer a series of scholarships for diverse junior/community college students.
