Fernando Rosario is a Senior Manager working for Accenture in the Miami, FL office. He joined Accenture in 1996 as part of the technology group and later joined the Financial Services team. For the last twelve years he has worked with clients in San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, New York, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, France, Madrid, and Bangalore, India. Fernando’s area of expertise is around the delivery of large scale technology projects in the banking industry; including online banking, eCommerce, mortgage lending, risk management, credit cards, call center, and payment infrastructure projects.

During his tenure with Accenture Fernando has had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, products, and technology sectors; including eBay, Visa, Federal Express, PayPal, Bank of America, and Wachovia. For the last couple of years he has spent most of his time in Charlotte, NC working with a large US bank; helping them with several initiatives on the retail credit area.

Fernando is actively involved in many diversity efforts and is currently the Executive Sponsor for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) where he represents Accenture in the Industrial Partnership Council (IPC). Additionally, he provides leadership development workshops for several student chapters and national conferences.

When not on a plane traveling to the client site you can usually find Fernando jumping out of one, skydiving. He was born in Puerto Rico, went to college in Indiana (Purdue University), and obtained a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
