JOHN REDMOND
John Redmond is an experienced recruiting manager with more than 14 years of increasing responsibility in the professional services industry. Redmond has extensive knowledge and work experience in recruiting including technical recruitment, sales recruitment and executive recruitment. Other areas of focus includes diversity and inclusion, supply/demand development and management, team leadership as well as a behavioral/situational interviewing and training.

As member of US Inclusion and Diversity team, Redmond has made significant achievements identifying diverse talent pools of candidates for Accenture’s workforce. He has played a critical role in driving Accenture’s broad strategy and approach to the market identifying and hiring underrepresented people. Now with Accenture for more than 5 years, Redmond has a B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Married to wife, Deirdra with two great kids – Taylor, 13 and Quinn, 9. He lives in Frisco, TX, where he enjoys golf, cooking and friendly debate with friends and family.

JAY ZERBE
Jay is a Utility Industry Managing Partner responsible for utilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He began his career in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1983 after receiving degrees from the Wharton School and the Moore School of Electrical Engineering.

Jay has specialized in our Utilities practice since 1989 and has served clients in Puerto Rico, the US, England, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile.

Jay’s functional specialties include large project management, customer care, call center operations, credit & collections, shared services, collaboration services, post merger/acquisition application integration and application operations & maintenance.

Jay leads our Philadelphia Systems Integration & Technology community and is active in our Inclusion and Diversity recruiting and retention programs.

STEVE AGUILAR
Operations Vice President for the Mid-America Zone
State Farm

Steve joined State Farm in 1979 as an Auto claim estimator in Santa Clara, CA. He served several leadership roles in California prior to moving to Corporate Headquarters (located in Bloomington, Illinois) in 1993. Steve returned to the field in 2002 when he was named Vice President - Operations in the Great Western Zone. Steve was appointed to his current position as Operations Vice President for the Mid-America Zone in 2007.

Steve received a bachelor's degree from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. He earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1987, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2002, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2002.

Steve has a son and two daughters and he and his wife Robin make their home in Cincinnati, OH.

MIGUEL ALEMAÑY
Director, Worldwide Research & Development, P&G Professional, Procter & Gamble The Procter & Gamble Company

Miguel Alemany is originally from Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. He received a BSChE in 1979 from the University Of Puerto Rico. Immediately following graduation, Miguel joined P&G as a Process Engineer in the Albany, Georgia papermaking plant. Miguel served in several positions in the paper sector including Associate Director R&D, Rome, Italy. Miguel transferred to P&G Headquarters in 1999 as Director R&D, New Business Development-Feminine Care. In 2001 He assumed the position of Director R&D, Global Technology, Upstream and New Business Development-Feminine Care and in 2002 moved into his current role as Director, P&G Professional Worldwide.

Miguel is a member and past Chair of the National Corporate Advisory Board of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) as well as a Founding Member of SHPE’s Executive Advisory Council. Miguel also is a member of the national Corporate Advisory Board of NSHMBA.

In addition to being a nationally recognized speaker, Miguel is one of 12 Hispanic Engineers featured in the book “¡Ay mijo! Why do you want to be an engineer?” by Edna Campos Gravenhorst. Further he holds several patents related to his work. Page 2

MARK G. CONTRERAS
Senior Vice President/Newspapers
The E. W. Scripps Company

Mark Contreras joined The E. W. Scripps Company in January, 2005 as vice president newspaper operations. He was promoted to his current position of Senior Vice President/Newspapers in March, 2006. Mark oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Scripps newspaper division, which includes daily and community newspapers in 15 markets, innovative Web-based information services and other related businesses.

Before joining Scripps, Mark was senior vice president at Pulitzer Inc., with oversight responsibilities for Pulitzer Newspapers Inc. and Pulitzer’s 50 percent interest in the Tucson Newspaper Agency, as well as leading the company’s acquisition team.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in history from The University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program of The Newspaper Management Center at Northwestern University and was selected by The Aspen Institute as one of 20 Henry Crown Fellows.

In addition to serving as chairman of The American Press Institute, Mark is a member of the Executive Committee of the Newspaper Association of America and serves as its secretary. Mark is a board member of the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts, a trustee of the Scripps Howard Foundation, and a member of the National Association of Multicultural Media Executives. He is former board chairman of The Cabot Westside Clinic (Kansas City, MO), former trustee and executive committee member of the College Misericordia (Dallas, PA), former board member, Pennsylvania Newspaper Publishers’ Association (Harrisburg, PA), and in 1996 was selected by Presstime magazine as one of the “20 under 40”.

Mark lives in Terrace Park, Ohio with his wife, Marybeth, and son, Michael.

TILLIE HIDALGO LIMA
President/CEO
Best Upon Request

Tillie leads a national corporate concierge company, Best Upon Request, which provides services that combine the resourcefulness of a concierge with the usefulness of an errand runner. They are specifically designed to increase employee productivity and reduce stress, leading to enhanced employee retention. Concierges coast-to-coast do what is on customers’ “to-do” lists, whether it be going grocery shopping, taking cars in for an oil change, taking care of dry cleaning, researching and planning vacations and even waiting at home for a contractor.

Born in Cuba, Tillie and her parents escaped to find freedom in the United States. Coming with only 10 pesos, her parents taught her resourcefulness and determination.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Tillie was a pharmacist for 13 years before coming to Best Upon Request as vice president of operations. She became president/CEO in 2003. Tillie is active in many organizations including five nonprofit leadership positions. She frequently speaks at events and has published 14 industry articles.

Her numerous honors include YWCA Career Woman of Achievement and national finalist for Hispanic Business Latina Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

KEVIN DOOLEY
Office Managing Partner – Cincinnati and Dayton
Accenture

Kevin is the managing partner responsible for Accenture’s Cincinnati and Dayton offices but also is a client partner in our Automotive and Industrial Products Industry Groups. He began his career in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1989 after receiving his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Kentucky.

Kevin has specialized in global transformation programs for his clients and has worked in Belgium, Sweden, Canada, France and Italy as well as having supporting teams in Argentina, Brazil, China, Manila and India.

Kevin’s focus has been on value added delivery of large global systems integration, process improvement and high value supply chain consulting projects. He also has implemented and run global business process and application management programs for his clients.

Kevin remains active on local Cincinnati area boards including Junior Achievement and ARC of Hamilton County as well as sponsoring and participating in Accenture’s many local charity and volunteer activities.

Married to wife, Lori with three wonderful kids – Jacob 17, Josh 14 and Rachel 11. Kevin lives in Mason Ohio where he enjoys spending time with his family and also attending as many of kids school and sporting events as possible.

NELSON ROSARIO
Nelson graduated from Parks College of Saint Louis University in 1967 with a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering. In 1986 he received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Xavier University.

Nelson joined GE Aircraft Engines in the Engineering Development Program after graduating from Parks College and worked as a Fan Design Engineer until 1972. From 1972 to 1973 Nelson worked at Martin Marietta Aerospace as a Senior Design Engineer. In 1973 Nelson returned to GE Aircraft Engines and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including:
